Substation no.41 Rum Bar Marquee: One of our most popular spaces, this area caters perfectly for sit down functions. Microphone facilities and heating are also available in the Marquee.

Substation no.41 Rum Bar Deck: Entertain your guests in the heart of the action and celebrate in style with a picnic table setup on the substation deck. Ideal for 12 to 25 guests.

FRONT PLAZA

Enjoy the ambience and cool breezes of the Brisbane River. This area is great for a range of functions and only one-step away from the rich history of the original Public Bar & Private Bar. Available for sit down functions only, and ideal for groups of 20 – 50 guests.

PRIVATE BAR DECK

Home of the famous “Beer off the Wood”, the deck is located in the hub of the Hotel and captures the ambience and surrounding originality of the Creek. Featuring its own drink service window, this area is suitable for cocktail functions and can be booked exclusively with for groups of 30 - 45 guests.

MUSEUM

A smaller, more intimate space, the Museum is located between the Staghorn Bar and the Private Bar. Enjoy the surrounding Hotel history and memorabilia that adorns the walls and the servery window that leads directly into the Private Bar. As a sit down area the Museum seats 16 – 30 guests . For a stand up function, this area is ideal for 20 - 40 guests.
